The Momentum Map

Three Types of Experiences

A group of eight diverse young adults are sitting around a rustic wooden table outdoors, celebrating with drinks under string lights at sunset. They are toasting with wine glasses and smiling. The table is decorated with floral arrangements, candles, and plates of food.

Private Experiences

Private experiences are designed as invite-only, meaningful gatherings for a specific group of people: whether it’s a milestone, celebration, or intentional time together.

Choose this if:

  • Your experience is invite-only or not open to the public

  • You’re hosting a small to mid-sized gathering (2–50 people)

  • The goal is connection, celebration, or a meaningfully shared moment

A networking event or conference with people socializing and drinking in a large, modern room. There is a large screen displaying the word "Momentum" and a speaker on stage.

Corporate Experiences

Corporate experiences are designed for organizations to engage employees, clients, or stakeholders: whether it’s a conference, team gathering, or brand-focused activation.

Choose this if:

  • Your experience is for employees, clients, or key stakeholders

  • You’re hosting a conference, team event, or brand activation

  • The goal is engagement, alignment, or strengthening relationships

Community Experiences

Community experiences are public or open events designed to bring people together around a shared purpose: whether it’s a fundraiser, awareness event, or community initiative. (Great for Non-Profits)

Choose this if:

  • Your experience is open to the public or a broad audience

  • You’re hosting a fundraiser, awareness event, or community initiative

  • The goal is participation, support, or increasing mission impact

TESTIMONIALS

Client Experiences

I have worked with Lucas [with MEM] for 2 years planning the Junior Achievement Mud Run. This event is the largest fundraiser for JA and a massive undertaking. [The Crew] has handled all aspects of the event with complete professionalism and a passion second to none. [They have] a great ability to see the big picture and are always looking for ways to improve the participant experience of the event. [Their] leadership of the Mud Run is one of the primary reasons the event has grown at such a significant rate in both participation and funds raised. I would absolutely recommend MEM for any event needs.

Recently I wanted to plan my first 5K race so I immediately called MEM. They were able to supply me with the tools & resources needed to organize my first race from registration to finish line timing. They even helped me design my t-shirts, race bibs, and medals! Their communication and professionalism was unparalleled and I highly recommend MEM to anyone looking to plan and organize their own 5K race. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service.

Guest Experiences

Partnering with Momentum Event Management for a community fundraiser benefiting Forest Academy was a genuinely meaningful experience. Momentum led with purpose, aligning on the why before anything else, and executed a seamless event despite weather shifts with calm, thoughtful pivots. It created a setting where relationships deepened, friends and families connected, all in support of a truly great effort.

I just want to say thank you for yesterday’s running event in Lafayette.
First time I’ve done this race, and hands down the best run ever for me.
Your presentation before and after the race and your team member’s exuberance were enlightening.
